Knowing Your Why
Before almost anything, you need to start with why.
I recently decided to start a blog, and the most important question to ask yourself:
Why am I creating this blog?
The answer is actually quite simple. I decided to start a blog because I value connection.
Connection through creativity.
Connection through storytelling.
Connection through the moments in life that feel like magic.
Photography has been part of my life for over 15 years, and it has given me the opportunity to capture love stories, milestones, and fleeting moments in time. Through this blog, I want to share my work as a creative and allow it to be seen by more people—beyond social media, in a space that feels more personal and lasting.
Another part of this space will be dedicated to the wedding industry. As an observer and photographer of weddings, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible vendors and photographing at beautiful venues. I want to share my favorite venues, highlight talented vendors, and offer guidance for couples who are just beginning their wedding planning journey.
But creativity doesn’t stop there.
This blog will also document some of my personal passion projects, including:
- My journey toward rediscovering my passion for Fine Art and Portrait Photography
- My growing love for sourdough baking
- Adventures to junk shops searching for treasures and inspiration, and moments spent enjoying the magic only a cozy coffee shops can provide.
- And something that is always important to me: self-care
Self-care, slowing down, and creating space for peace are essential parts of a creative life, and I hope this blog becomes a gentle reminder to honor those moments.
At its heart, this blog is simply a place to share the things I love: creativity, storytelling, simple rituals, and
the little moments in life that feel like a touch of magic.
